At BIG YUMMOS, we take care in every product we create and pack. Due to the nature of our treats, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are also unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

As we work with natural products, variations in colour, size and texture can occur - this is part of their nature and not considered a fault.
