When Will My Order Be Packed?
If you place your order before 2:00 PM AEST, we’ll do our best to pack it up within 1-2 business days. But during busy times (like holidays or treat extravaganzas), it might take us a smidge longer. Hang tight – we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Costs – The Treat-o-Meter
- FREE Express Shipping (because we love you!) on all orders over $120.
- For orders under $120, shipping is just a flat rate of $10.
Order Confirmation – You’ve Got Mail!
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email to let you know your treats are on the way. If your order isn't on your doorstep within 10 business days, give us a shout – we’ll chase it down faster than a pup chasing a squeaky toy.
